The Last Waddlemoose

The Last Waddlemoose has been kidnapped by poachers! Manipulate the stage's shadows, grab the key, and help Waddlemoose make his escape!

HOW TO PLAY

In each level, Waddlemoose must collect the key at the end of the stage and bring it back to the locked door at the start while also keeping Waddlemoose safe from poachers.

Hunting Phase

When Waddlemoose enters a stage, he’s completely safe, but when he grabs the key, an alarm is triggered and the poachers begin to hunt him. It takes the poachers five seconds to lock onto Waddlemoose and fire, indicated by the countdown meter on the bottom right of the screen. If the poachers fire at Waddlemoose, Waddlemoose fails the stage and must start over.

Shadows

When Waddlemoose overlaps a shadow, the poachers lose him and the countdown meter immediately resets. In order to get Waddlemoose safely back to the door, you must plan an escape route that gives Waddlemoose enough shadows to hide in along the way.

Manipulating Shadows

There may not always be a safe route back to the door. Waddlemoose may need to interact with the stage and the objects in it to move, create, or reach shadows.

BOXES are able to be pushed around and used to hold buttons.

BUTTONS power objects of the same color when held down.

RAILS contain blocks that  move if the rail is powered.

SWITCH BLOCKS only function as a block if they’ve been powered.

𓆱 Pointer :  There are three different types of blocks and they all interact with shadows differently. Bricks cast and block shadows. Girders block shadows. Glass lets shadows right through.

STUMPED?

Video games are meant to be fun! If a level has you stuck, and you’re not having fun, pause the game and select the “use hint” option. If you’re still struggling, there’s also an option in the pause menu to skip a stage. You can always come back to it later! If anyone tells you you’re cheating, tell them that I (the game’s developer) said it was okay!

CHEAT CODES

Do you ever wish time would just slow down? That you could rock a nice pair of shades? That Waddlemoose would do a silly little dance? With cheat codes, all these very relatable wants and desires can be turned into reality! To use a cheat code, go to the Password option on the title screen and enter the cheat code like you would a stage pass code.
